Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Prospectr — the marketing site, the request-a-demo and contact forms, and the dashboard app. By visiting the site, requesting a demo, or using an account, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.

Prospectr is a lead-discovery tool. You give it a business website; it reads the site, works out plausible ideal-customer segments for that business, searches public business-listing data for real local businesses matching those segments, scores each one for fit, and returns a ranked shortlist.

Prospectr is lead discovery only. It does not send messages, make calls, or contact anyone on your behalf — what you do with the list it returns is entirely up to you and entirely your responsibility (see §4 and §6).

Prospectr is currently invite-only — there's no public sign-up. If we invite you, or you request a demo and we set up an account for you, you're responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential, and telling us promptly if you think your account has been compromised;
• everything that happens under your account, including searches run and any use of the prospect data returned;
• giving accurate information when requesting a demo or setting up your profile.

We may suspend or close an account that's inactive, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

You agree not to:

• submit a website you don't have the right to have analyzed, or use Prospectr to profile, harass, or target an individual rather than research a business;
• use the prospect data Prospectr returns to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications that violate applicable marketing, telecoms, or data-protection law in the recipient's jurisdiction;
• attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying models, data sources, or infrastructure Prospectr is built on;
• resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account to anyone outside your own organization;
• send a volume or pattern of requests designed to overload the service, or attempt to bypass your plan's search and result limits;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend access immediately, without notice, for a serious or repeated breach of this section.

Each account has a plan (for example Demo, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) that sets how many searches you can run and how many prospects each search returns; some plans mask prospect contact details. Prospectr does not yet process card or mobile-money payments — plans today are assigned when we set up your account. We'll update this section, with notice, once self-serve billing is available.

The businesses, contact details, ratings, and review counts Prospectr returns come from business-listing data sources and a fit assessment from our AI models. We work to keep results relevant, but we don't guarantee that any prospect is accurate, currently operating, correctly categorized, or actually a good fit for you — treat the ranked list as a well-informed starting point for your own research, not a verified sales lead. You're responsible for verifying a business's details and for complying with the law wherever you choose to reach out to it.

Prospectr — its software, design, brand, and the way it processes and presents data — is owned by Wimentor Ltd. These terms don't transfer any of that to you; you get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own business purposes while your account is active.

You keep all rights to the website URLs and content you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to process that content — including through our AI models and the infrastructure described in our Privacy Policy — solely to run your search and return results to you.

Delivering a search relies on our AI models and underlying business-listing and hosting infrastructure, described in our Privacy Policy. We choose and maintain this infrastructure carefully, but we don't control every layer of it, and an outage or change upstream can affect Prospectr.

You can stop using Prospectr at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment once billing exists, extended inactivity, or if we discontinue the service — where practical, we'll give notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Prospectr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that results will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wimentor Ltd won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Prospectr, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, and our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wimentor Ltd harmless from any claim or expense arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms — for example, using prospect data in a way that violates a third party's rights or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wimentor Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section is a placeholder pending a full legal review and will be finalized before we bill customers.

We may update these terms as Prospectr changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account holders.
